Vivienne

Vivienne (or Vi), is a high-ranking deputy in her band. She has years of experience managing and running the daily life of her band of Coukyos, and can come off as strict and humorless if you've caught her at a bad time. However she is very fond of her kin, and enjoys spending what little free-time she has talking to the youngsters and seeking feedback from her band mates.
Vi acts as the practical leader of the band, saving only the most important decisions for her Chief if she needs another opinion. This allows her Chief much more time for teaching a variety of lessons to youngsters and to keep up relationships with the entire band. She strives to be professional and dutiful, and is constantly occupied with various band matters.

She has smooth, sleek fur and keeps herself highly groomed at all times. Her colorful scales and tail feathers glimmer in the sun, and are able to absorb UV rays to allow them to glow when the light is dim. Her golden eyes are excellent at seeing far distances, but are sensitive, so she wears protective shades during the day.

I had an alternate color scheme to this, but I think I like the overall look here. Feedback is welcome!
